I'm soooo mad right now. Yesterday we took Max to our vet and I decided to let a "pro" do the nail clipping for $15.00

Well, $15 and 3 hours later they did such a poor job I had to do the job anyway..... <sigh> Do you think I should complain? I guess I'm just a bit chicken when it comes to this kind of thing.

For sure. It might just be $15 but if they don't do the job you hire them to do, you deserve satisfaction! Plus, the management in the clinic should know just in case they don't know one of their employees doesn't know what they are doing.

You might actually be doing them a favor!
