hey,
to help with fleas a friend of mine uses medicated dandruff shampoo.
this works really good keeping them away from her dog. hope it helps! :)

I give my dog 1 pill a month and it keeps all the fleas away. It really works good.

It's called - Sentinel flavor tabs. It has Milbemycin oxime : lufenuron. Not sure what that stuff is (i'm just reading the box) but it really works well. I've been giving it to my Golden Retriever Taz for the last 3 years. We've been flea free ever since with no side-effects.

HIGHLY recommended!
